Ingredients
1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions
Pop the corn: In a large saucepan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pan. Once the popping starts, shake the pan gently until the popping slows.
Make the sweet mixture: In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed and the sugar dissolves.
Combine everything: Once the popcorn is fully popped, pour it into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the sweet mixture over the popcorn while tossing it to coat evenly.
Let it cool: Spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, so it becomes crunchy.
Serve and enjoy: Once cooled, break up any clumps and serve your delicious Wicked Popcorn!
Notes
Store leftover popcorn in an airtight container to maintain its crunch.
