4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 sandwich rolls
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix chicken and bacon: In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crispy bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated with the dressing.
Season the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed. Adjust according to your preference.
Toast the rolls: If desired, lightly toast the sandwich rolls in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown for added flavor and texture.
Assemble the sandwiches: Place a generous layer of lettuce and tomato slices on the bottom half of each roll.
Add the chicken and bacon mixture over the lettuce and tomatoes.
Finish with the top half of the roll and serve immediately while fresh.
Notes
Use cooked chicken leftovers or rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to swap ranch dressing for a different creamy dressing if desired.
