Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup edible googly eyes
- 1/2 cup candy melts (red, green, or blue)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate: Use a microwave-safe bowl to melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Coat the marshmallows: Dip each mini marshmallow in the melted chocolate, covering fully.
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated marshmallows on it.
- Add eyes: While the chocolate is wet, place an edible googly eye on top of each marshmallow.
- Melt the candy coating: In another bowl, melt candy melts according to package instructions and drizzle over the marshmallows.
- Cool and harden: Let the treats sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes until set.
