Delicious and healthy chicken cutlets made in the air fryer for a crispy, juicy meal without excess oil.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray or a minimal amount of oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet into the beaten egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray the top of the cutlets lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately; enjoy on their own, in sandwiches, or over salads.

Notes

Ensure chicken breasts are thinly sliced for even cooking. You can add spices or herbs to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
